The best ginua bread with oat meal recipe

Updated: Jan 22

how many times have I been told this...

This recipe was born for all those who cannot eat flour or ground

Well, there are a lot of them here... in addition, it is vegan, of course gluten-free

Relatively tall, soft and delicious to God!

what is needed?

A cup of dry quinoa soaked in water (recommends 10 hours - otherwise the grains will be felt)

Two cups of thick oatmeal!

A quarter cup of olive oil

Four spoons of psyllium!!!

Psyllium is a dietary fiber-replaces egg in vegan baking.

And they are the ones who make the bread - don't give up!

Psyllium can be bought in health food stores.

Teaspoon of salt

Extras as you see-

I added two tablespoons of sesame seeds

Three tablespoons of pumpkin seeds

Three tablespoons of sunflower seeds

And you can go wild with other toppings.

Two measuring cups of water!!!

Mix well - the paste sticks and crystallizes.

Transfer to a pan over baking paper

surfaces and clamps

Sprinkle sesame/everything on the bagel

I recommend waiting half an hour - and only then put it in the oven.

on a heat of 180 in the turbo program for about an hour.

After an hour, pull out, turn for another quarter of an hour - or until the bottom is brown and nice.

*Wait for the bread to cool completely - then slice!

The bread is easy to spread with a bread knife.

Freezers!
